Because all of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns.
Please be sure to check your measurements and ask any questions before purchasing.
TamaraK personally washes every piece of textile before the sewing process. We try our hardest to be clean and fastidious about delivering professional products. If we accepted returns this would require us to rewash these beautiful antique textiles before reselling. Protecting and promoting the longevity of these rare textiles is of the highest importance to us, which is why we prefer not to unnecessarily overtax these products. I hope you understand our rationale and as a result of the above-stated policy we work overtime to answer any questions you may have before your purchase.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship items will ship within 2-3 business days.
All packages will be sent with tracking via Canada Post/USPS.
We do not give refunds for lost/stolen/missing packages as these things are completely out of our control. If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not been updated in over a week, please contact your local post office.
