This shirt features a Cuban-style collar and short sleeves. It is handmade from an antique decorative linen tablecloth that dates to the middle of the 19th century. The tablecloth is adorned with hand embroidery in the Madeira Style, which was very popular in England during the 1840s. The hem and sleeves retain their original edges, and the tablecloth was in excellent condition. The shirt has a single pleat on the back and a regular fit.
